Processing Time:
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. This processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs vary by region. Enter your address at checkout for an accurate shipping rate.

Estimated Shipping Times:

• United States: 3-5 business days (tracked)
• Canada: 3-10 business days (tracked)
• International: 7-21 business days (most shipments are tracked, depending on the destination)

Customs, Duties & Taxes

If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, you will not be charged additional duties or tariffs. All of our shipments to these regions are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means we cover any import duties and tariffs for you.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Refused packages due to unpaid duties cannot be refunded.
