Refund policy
Order Cancellations
We are happy to accept cancellations, address changes, or other adjustments before your order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on any products that have been opened.
We are happy to accept returns of unopened products under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- After 10 days, all sales are considered final.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Please purchase a shipping label through your preferred carrier. For international returns, duties and import taxes must be prepaid. Any shipments sent “payment upon delivery” will be refused.
Final Sale Items
Orders placed with a discount of more than 10% are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@sunday-glow.com within 10 days of delivery. Include a clear photo (or video, if required) of the product and damage.
- If your order is missing an item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (based on tracking). Please provide a clear photo (or video, if required) of all items received in the package.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Orders unclaimed or not collected before the local post office’s collection deadline.
Sunday Glow / Celine & Z Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns, reshipments, and refunds at our discretion.
