Additional Shipping Fee

When customers did not receive their orders due to one of the following reasons, 

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers at checkout
• Customers did not collect/claim parcels in time

As a courtesy, we can ship the products again for free, all you have to do is pay for the shipping.
